How do I place an order?
Browse our Menu, pick your box sizes, and check out securely online. You'll choose a pickup date and time at checkout.
Do you deliver?
Right now we're pickup only — no delivery yet.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Order by Thursday to pick up that same week (Friday or Saturday). If you order on a Friday or Saturday, your order will be ready for pickup the following week.
When and where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is available Fridays and Saturdays only, 10am-5pm. We'll send you the exact pickup address and instructions by email once your order is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and bank payments through our secure checkout (powered by Stripe).
I need to change or cancel my order — what do I do?
Reach out to us as soon as possible through the Contact form and we'll do our best to help.
Do you take custom orders or cater events?
Yes! Use the Contact button to tell us what you have in mind and we'll follow up by email to work out the details.
What allergens should I know about?
Everything is baked in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts, and peanuts.
Is Crumb Shots a licensed commercial bakery?
We operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law. THIS PRODUCT WAS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION. We're registered with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Registration #19171.
